This nonrefundable consultation fee is for large group travel requiring 10 or more rooms traveling on the same itinerary.

Planning travel for a large group requires additional research, organization, communication, and coordination. Your consultation allows me to learn about your group's travel vision, destination, budget, accommodations, and priorities so I can begin thoughtfully designing an experience that works for the group.

Consultation Fee: $500

This consultation fee applies to the lead guest only and is based on the anticipated group size at the beginning of the planning process.
